๐Ÿฆ„ Our mission

Play is serious business.

We're here to hand adults with ADHD something nobody thought to offer: permission. Play isn't the reward at the end of the work โ€” it's the thing that makes the work happen.

The story

How PlayDHD started.

In 2016, Kirsten wrote the book she wished someone had handed her โ€” as a clinical psychologist, and as a person with ADHD who was tired of being told to try harder. The first edition found its people fast. The most common review was three emoji: ๐Ÿฆ„๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ™€

Ten years later, the science moved, the conversation grew up, and a second brain joined the project. Matt had spent years explaining ADHD to millions of people online in sixty-second bursts. Put the two together and you get twice the authors, twice the pages, and twice the fun.

PlayDHD 2.0 is the refresh: same permission, more tools, better jokes, and a whole vault of extras for readers.
